Your weekend begins Thursday afternoon when you arrive and check in anytime after 4:00 pm. Unpack, stretch your legs, and settle into your cabin.
At 6:00 pm, join us at the Saskatoon Lounge for our Welcome Reception. From 6:00 to 7:00 pm, enjoy a spread of appetizers and small plates, plus wine and refreshing drinks to ease into the evening.
From 7:30 – 9:30 PM, step onto our glowing range and experience the thrill of clay shooting at our world-class open-air facilities: Lucky Clays Five Stand. Our night shoot event offers you an electrifying night of clay shooting, illuminated under ultraviolet black lights.
No matter your experience level, this is your chance to see clay shooting in a whole new light.
Start your Friday with a nourishing farm-fresh breakfast delivered hot to your cabin door, featuring seasonal ingredients from our land.
From 10:00 to 12:00 pm, join our culinary team for a hands-on workshop that celebrates the season. You’ll learn simple techniques, try new flavor combinations, and create a dish to enjoy together. We’ll feature ingredients from our farm, highlighting what’s fresh right now and how to bring those flavors to life at home.
At 12:00 pm, gather for our Farmer’s Lunch at our Toadhouse venue, overlooking a peaceful pond.
Then, from 1:00 – 3:30 pm, join our Fields & Flavors tour where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at life on our working farm, guided by our knowledgeable team. You might come across wild mushrooms, edible plants, or native herbs you’ve never seen before. You’ll learn about how grasslands and soil are central to our farming mission.
Depending on the season, you’ll be able to see and learn about our farm animals as they graze in our pastures and contribute to the health of our ecosystem.
This is your chance to experience regenerative farming up close, seeing, tasting, and feeling the incredible variety our farm has to offer. Along the way, you’ll learn how we work with nature to grow healthy, nutrient-packed food without relying on pesticides.
From 6:30 – 8:30 pm, join us for our Farmer’s Dinner, a family-style meal where every dish is inspired by the season and made to share. Imagine passing platters of crisp spring salads, roasted summer vegetables, hearty fall casseroles, or winter-inspired dishes featuring roasted root vegetables. What’s on your plate depends on what’s freshly harvested from our farm and from local partners.
Start your Saturday with a nourishing farm-fresh breakfast delivered hot to your cabin, featuring seasonal ingredients from our land.
From 8:30 – 11:30 am, participate in The Great Backyard Bird Count and contribute your bird sightings to a massive database used by scientists to track changes in bird populations over time.
At 12:00 pm, gather for our Farmer’s Lunch at our Toadhouse venue, overlooking a peaceful pond.
Then at 1:00 pm, dive into our Garden to Glass Mixology experience. We’ll start at the Toadhouse and head over to tour our greenhouses by bus, where you’ll see what’s growing this season and learn how our farm team brings fresh ingredients from seed to sip.
Afterwards, get hands-on experience crafting cocktails and mocktails with freshly harvested ingredients under the guidance of our culinary team. It’s a fun and interactive way to explore seasonal flavors and creative combinations.

Saturday evening features the highlight of your stay: our special Valentine’s Farm-to-Fork signature dinner, served from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. This four-course meal showcases seasonal ingredients and regeneratively raised proteins from our farm and local partners. Each course is paired with carefully selected beverages to enhance your dining experience.

On Sunday morning, wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and join us for a refreshing Yoga Flow and mindfulness session at our Toadhouse venue at 9:00 am. This inclusive class is perfect for all experience levels and provides a revitalizing start to your day.
After your yoga session, join us for Sunday Brunch at the Toadhouse anytime between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. After enjoying a delicious buffet of brunch favorites made with fresh, local ingredients, please check out before 12:30 pm.
