The farm is our heart, so we keep it healthy.
People don’t become farmers for money or recognition. They do it for love. Love of the land and of the world it nourishes. We grow hydroponically (without soil) in our greenhouse because it lets us control the growing environment: free from weather, pests or pesticides. We harvest it at just the right time. And we ship it within 24 hours of harvesting. Does it make the produce healthier? We can’t say for sure, but we can say it’s fresher, delicious, nutrient-rich—and grown from the heart.
