Reservations cancelled up to 60 days prior to your service date will be refunded in full. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days of your service date will be refunded, less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days of your service date will be refunded 50% of your original booking. Refunds are not offered for cancellations made within 14 days of your service date.
No-show and non-participation.
Our all-inclusive rates, such as those offered to our Farm Stay guests, give each guest the opportunity to take part in as much or as little programming as they choose. Guests who elect to not attend or utilize any of the benefits of their itinerary do so at their own discretion. No partial refunds will be issued for no-shows or non-participation. We are committed to doing all we can to help you and your party enjoy your stay with us and will endeavor to accommodate special needs and interests to the best of our ability. Guests with dietary, mobility, or other needs should contact us before booking or at least 14-days in advance of their planned service date.
