Juneberry Ridge is a regenerative, food-focused farm in Norwood, NC with a mission to “nourish, educate, and build a better future”. This mission drives our vision “to change the way the world grows”. We currently operate a 1,500 sqft, a 4,600 sqft and a 43,000 sqft greenhouse utilizing aquaponics, hydroponics, and nursery plant production. We are looking for someone to craft, manage and elevate our programs to the next level. This candidate should be a self-starter with the ambition to increase enterprises within these facilities. Creative thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are a must for this position.
The Greenhouse and Nursery Production Manager will oversee the planning, growing, and cultural care of various greenhouse production systems. As such, this person will be responsible for successful implementation of the integrated pest management (IPM) program, the fertility program, oversight of the aquaponics, hydroponics, and nursery programs, and assistance in harvesting, transplanting, and other various aspects of the plant production cycles in place. The candidate should be self-motivated, self-managed, comfortable in a leadership role, and prepared to create and operate within a budget.
Juneberry Ridge is looking for a highly-motivated head chef to bring our mission to the table. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, committed to a farm-to-table dining approach, and energized by the opportunity to make Juneberry Ridge a culinary destination in the North Carolina Piedmont. Whether it’s our ready-to-eat meals or a farm-inspired lunch at the Five Stand, we want our customers and guests to have a farm-to-table experience that showcases the care that goes into growing the food on our sustainable and regenerative farm and to leave inspired by our mission.
The Juneberry Ridge kitchen prepares food for leisure guests of the farm as well as for corporate and special events that take place at Juneberry Ridge. The kitchen also prepares ready-to-eat meals that are sold at local stores in the area. The head chef is in charge of managing the cost, production and labor for these offerings.

The Recreation Program Manager will share our vision for connecting people to nature and regenerative agriculture through exceptional and genuine hospitality. A charismatic outdoor enthusiast who is eager to entertain, educate, and elevate experiences with our guests is a must. The qualified candidate will work diligently to organize and execute a wide array of experiences including sporting clays, archery, team building, nature hikes, fishing, mountain biking, yard games, disc golf and the list continues. The Recreation Program Manager shall provide a safe and professional shooting environment for clients and employees that follow industry safety standards and procedures. As such, the Recreation Program Manager should possess a solid understanding and knowledge of various makes/models of firearms, including, but not limited to, air pellet guns, shotguns, and archery, as well as the ammunition required for each.
Event Staff will work alongside the hospitality team to aid in the execution of events and functions occurring at Juneberry Ridge. As such, Event Staff members are accountable for maintaining standards of quality, ensuring premier service and integrity, and creating a world-class brand experience for clients, vendors, and guests. Hours will be geared around guest or hospitality demands, which are heavy during evening hours and on weekends. Candidates should be skilled, prepared and willing to manage different hospitality service team duties including, but not limited to housekeeping, kitchen and food service, dishwashing and serving high caliber guests.
