Sip & Stretch is a yoga experience offering a yoga class instructed by a licensed professional, overlooking the ridge of our beautiful land, offering social involvement, a chance to connect with yourself and nature, and accommodations of a mimosa bar.
Timeline: 9:30am – 10:30am (yoga class)
10:30am – 11:00am (social thirty, to get and finish mimosas)
