Activities

THE UNDERSIGNED PARTICIPANT hereby covenants, contracts, and agrees with JUNEBERRY, LLC dba Juneberry Ridge (Hereafter LLC) as follows:

1. That the Participant fully acknowledges that all shooting sports carry inherent dangers and risk, and agrees to follow all instructions and directions of LLC staff, guides, instructors or any posted rules of conduct;
2. That the Participant covenants and agrees to hold the LLC harmless and indemnify the LLC from any and all losses, claims, suits, injuries, or property damage suffered by the Participant which was caused or occasioned by the intentional or negligent act or omissions of any third parties during the designated activities;
3. That the Participant covenants and agrees to hold the LLC harmless and indemnify the LLC from any and all losses, claims, suits, injuries, or property damage suffered by any Third party as a result of the intentional negligent act or omissions of the Participant;
4. The Participant warrants that any and all equipment or supplies (guns, shells, etc.) brought onto LLC properties are to the best of the Participant’s knowledge in safe and proper working order and all safety features are fully operational;
5. The Participant covenants and agrees that in addition to the matters identified herein, that Participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the LLC for any and all expenses including attorney fees, court costs, or related expenses associated with the defense of any claim or suit referenced herein;
6. That the Participant, being fully aware of the inherent risk associated with the shooting sports and firearms in general, hereby assumes all risks associated therewith freely, knowingly, and voluntarily; and,
7. That the Participant is 18 years of age or older. If the Participant is under 18 years, a Parent or Guardian must sign on the Participant’s behalf.

SAFETY RULES

ALWAYS KEEP THE GUN POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION.

ALWAYS KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO SHOOT.

ALWAYS KEEP THE GUN UNLOADED UNTIL READY TO USE.

EYE & EAR PROTECTION is mandatory for Shooters, Spectators, Pullers & Trappers.

If you have a MISFIRE/MALFUNCTION, keep your gun pointed down range, A SAFETY OFFICE WILL ASSIST YOU.

NEVER use a gun when you have consumed alcohol or any medicine/drug which affects your senses or keeps you from being fully alert.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

I authorize Juneberry Ridge to publish photographs taken of me, as well as my name and likeness for use in print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications. I hereby release and hold harmless Juneberry Ridge from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Juneberry Ridge marketing materials or other Company publications.

Additionally, I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release and agree not to hold liable Juneberry, LLC dba Juneberry Ridge, its officers, agents, and employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from any and all claims of any kind arising from my participation.
