As our Director of Hospitality, David brings our vision of changing the way the world grows to life through curated guest experiences. He has traveled all over the world and loves exploring the story behind food, why we eat what we eat, how the foods of different cultures have evolved, and how yesterday’s food can inspire us to bring more people into the richness of regenerative farming. In his time off, he enjoys everything outdoors including birdwatching, hiking, and kayaking with his daughter.
