Juneberry Ridge is a nearly six-hundred-acre regenerative farm and corporate retreat just outside the town of Norwood. The brainchild of Judy Carpenter, the former CEO of National Welders, it began life as Lucky Clays Farm – a place at which Carpenter, a one-time champion trap shooter, could indulge her passion for shooting sports. Since then, as her passions grew to include environmental stewardship, the farm has added a sprawling hydroponics greenhouse, state-of-the-art conference center, wellness center, and overnight cabins.
