Explore regenerative ag and careers during this full-day seminar including property tours, farmer panels, and career exploration opportunities in our living classroom.
Full program description
Students will begin by learning about challenges and opportunities for students in regenerative agriculture through a Q&A/Roundtable Discussion with local, community farmers. Students can expect to receive hands-on experiences through tours of our aquaponics system, livestock management, and regenerative agriculture practices. Students will also get to see different careers and how they are important in agriculture from farm manager to marketing experts to accountant careers. Students will get to experience our living classroom through activities, discussions, and presentations. A farm-to-table lunch will be provided.
