About our yoga practice
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a novice exploring the world of yoga, this session is suitable for individuals of all levels. Karla Aldridge provides personalized guidance to help you confidently explore body movement while also improving and expanding your practice.
We’ll provide matts, blocks, blankets and a peaceful setting. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and you may like to bring a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated.
Stay for brunch
We created a packaged deal for guests who want to practice yoga from 9:00 -10:00am and enjoy the first seating of our Mother’s Day Brunch at 10:30am. The packaged rate saves guests $10 off their total.
Meet your instructor
Karla Aldridge has deep roots in nurturing individuals on their path to holistic well-being. She began her career as a nurse educator and today Karla integrates medical expertise with yoga wisdom to help students explore gentle movement, relaxation techniques, and breath work. Her training in health, body, and movement helps her craft a yoga practice that’s beneficial for all levels and ages. At Juneberry Ridge she’s exploring how yoga and mindfulness can empower guests to connect with their inner nature to embrace wellness and leave every class feeling rejuvenated.
