Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop
Join us for a workshop led by certified Wim Hof instructor Luke White.
Embrace the elements as our ancestors did for thousands of years. Modern life offers many comforts, such as climate controlled homes, climate controlled vehicles, modern fabrics that supply exceptional clothing to guard against nature’s forces, and foods that are readily available and comforting. In this workshop, we invite you to re-activate your ancestral DNA! In doing so, you will be bolstering the immune system to fight against disease and viruses, decrease pain and inflammation, increase mental clarity, increase libido and energy, and increase resilience in response to stress and opposition.
