Come experience Juneberry Ridge and join us for a hearty lunch and a riding farm tour.
Featuring Juneberry-raised rainbow trout and our aquaponic greens,
For lunch, we will enjoy mixed greens with char-grilled vegetables and balsamic-chive vinaigrette, pan-seared rainbow trout with tomato basil relish and parmesan sticky rice, and finish up with blueberry cheesecake. After lunch, we will ride the ridges of Juneberry as our knowledgeable staff shares our hospitality, our story, and our regenerative approach of nourishing, educating, and building a better future.
Riding tour will be rain-or-shine, so come prepared to enjoy the elements as we let nature lead us across our 600-acre property on a hayride.
Lunch served 12-1:30 at the Lakeview Conference Center, ~1 hour tour to follow.
