Garden to Glass
Event Description
Explore our greenhouse, discover what’s in season, and learn how we grow for flavor and nutrition without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Then head to the Toadhouse for a hands-on mixology workshop where you’ll create seasonal cocktails and alcohol-free mocktails using ingredients harvested from the farm.
Experiment with fresh herbs, fruits, syrups, shrubs, teas, muddles, and infusions while learning techniques you can recreate at home.
Whether you’re discovering mixology for the first time or looking to expand your skills, Garden to Glass is a unique way to connect with the land through flavor, creativity, and community.

Guests meet at the Toadhouse. The bus departs promptly for the greenhouse tour before returning to the Toadhouse for the mixology workshop.
