About our forest bathing practice
Bathing your senses in the forest leads to an increased ability to focus, bolstered immune system, and enhanced creativity. On this guided experience, you will be invited to slow down, get present, and connect with the natural world through a gentle awakening of your senses. Through a series of guided invitations, you will experience the sounds, smells, sights, tastes and textures of the forest around you. The walk will end with hot tea to complete the experience.
Forest walks offer health benefits supported by scientific research from around the world that includes lowering blood pressure, heart rate, and stress levels.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and you may like to bring a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated.
