As summer winds down and we cozy up for fall, it’s the perfect time to spruce up your yard with our Fall Plant Sale. We have a wide selection available for purchase:
– Fruit & nut trees
– Vegetable & garden plants
– Herbs, edible & medicinal plants
– Succulents, flowers, & much more
Why Fall Planting?
Fall is nature’s ideal season for planting trees and shrubs. During this time, plants undergo dormancy, meaning they aren’t actively growing. This dormancy reduces water loss through their leaves, making them more resilient and adaptable to new environments. Planting in fall allows them to establish their roots deeply before the harsh conditions of winter arrive, ensuring a stronger start when spring blooms again.
A few notes:
1. Admission to the Plant Sale is free, however we do ask that guests RSVP in advance.
2. We have lodging on-site and welcome you to stay with us. Check availability here.
