FRIDAY AFTERNOON ARRIVAL
Your weekend begins on Friday afternoon when you check into your cabin anytime after 4:00 pm. Settle into your cabin and then swing by the Saskatoon Lounge for a warm welcome at 6:00pm. Enjoy nature-inspired refreshments and light bites while you set your intentions for the weekend with guidance from our wellness practitioner, Karla.
From 7:00 to 8:00 pm, guests are invited to ease into relaxation with a Yoga Nidra and sound bath session, which combines guided meditation and soothing sounds to help you drift into an evening of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra: “Yogic Sleep” is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. Yoga Nidra is the state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns your awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands an individual’s self-awareness.
SATURDAY MORNING
Start your Saturday with a nourishing farm-fresh breakfast delivered to your cabin, featuring seasonal ingredients from our land.
From 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, join us for a nature and wellness program. This signature experience will focus on connecting you with nature, wellness, and farm-fresh foods.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
At 12:00 pm, gather for a family style lunch at our Toadhouse venue, overlooking a peaceful pond.
Then 1:00 pm, dive into our Garden to Glass Mixology experience. Start with a tour of our aquaponic greenhouse, where you’ll discover how fish help cultivate our herbs. Our farm team will also show you how to harvest and use these herbs.
At 2:00 pm, get hands-on experience crafting cocktails and mocktails using fresh harvested herbs under the guidance of our culinary team. It’s a fun and interactive way to explore new flavors.
SATURDAY EVENING
Saturday evening features the highlight of your stay: our Farm-to-Fork signature dinner, served from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. This four-course meal showcases seasonal ingredients and regeneratively raised proteins from our farm and local partners. Each course is paired with carefully selected beverages to enhance your dining experience.
SUNDAY MORNING
On Sunday morning, wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and join us for a refreshing Yoga Flow and mindfulness session at our Toadhouse venue at 9:00 am. This inclusive class is perfect for all experience levels and provides a revitalizing start to your day.
