Weekend Itinerary

The weekend is yours to design. Feel free to join in the activities that excite you most, or simply relax and unwind on your own schedule.

Your weekend begins Friday afternoon when you arrive and check in anytime after 4:00 pm. Unpack, stretch your legs, and settle into your cabin.

At 6:00 pm, join us at the Saskatoon Lounge for our Welcome Reception. From 6:00 to 7:00 pm, enjoy a spread of appetizers and small plates, plus wine and refreshing drinks to ease into the evening.

From 7:30 to 8:30 pm, guests are invited to ease into relaxation with a Yoga Nidra and sound bath session, which combines guided meditation and soothing sounds to help you drift into an evening of relaxation.

Yoga Nidra: “Yogic Sleep” is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. Yoga Nidra is the state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns your awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands an individual’s self-awareness.

Start your Saturday with a nourishing farm-fresh breakfast delivered hot to your cabin door, featuring seasonal ingredients from our land.

From 9:00 – 12:00 pm, join our guided Forest Bathing session, where you’ll slow down and fully engage your senses in the natural world around you. This mindful walk concludes with a sharing circle and hot tea, leaving you refreshed and grounded.

Forest Bathing: A scientifically supported practice that reduces blood pressure, heart rate, and stress levels by immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest.

From 12:00 – 4:00 pm, step into our Founder’s Day Jams, our annual farm and music festival celebrating our founder, Judy, and the community she helped bring to life.

Explore the grounds, visit the Community Village, and enjoy farm-forward food and drinks before the music begins.
