Guests will be invited to join a Yoga Nidra and guided meditation practice to help you drift into an evening of relaxation. |

During our temperate Spring (Mar, Apr, May) and Fall (Sep, Oct, Nov), we’ll take you on a journey into the forest. Forest Bathing is a guided experience where you’ll be invited to slow down, get present, and connect with the natural world through a gentle awakening of your senses. During the cool Winter (Dec, Jan, Feb) and hot Summer (Jun, Jul, Aug) you’ll come to experience these vibrant seasons in new ways. Indoor yoga, farm workshops with animals, and even our music festival Juneberry Jams in June. Check each month’s farm stay for a program perfectly suited to the season. |

Our signature Farm-to-Fork Dinner is an opportunity to appreciate elevated flavors of the season, engaging conversations, and a renewed connection to the land that sustains us. SAMPLE MENU: 1st course – Carolina Gold Rice from Marsh Hen Mill and assorted heirloom bean stew (Royal Corona, Ayocote Morado, Yellow-Eyed and Runner Beans) flavored with JBR Pork Hock. Paired with Ladoucette Pouilly Fume 2nd course – Roasted JBR Duck with Juneberry Sauce, Creamed JBR Rainbow Chard, and Heirloom Guinea Flint Corn Grit Cake – paired with Flowers Pinot Noir 3rd course – Prosciutto wrapped JBR Pork Tenderloin with JBR Honey Glaze, Roasted JBR Baby Turnips, and Carolina Gold Rice Middlins Risotto – paired with Mollydooker Blue-Eyed Boy Shiraz 4th course – Pear Frangipane Tart with Local Sorghum Syrup Caramel – paired with Inniskillin Vidal Ice Wine *This sample menu is representative of our signature dinners, however each dinner is always unique and crafted by a partnership between our culinary and farming teams to celebrate the flavors of each season. |
