The evening commences with pig wings, an appetizer showcasing the tenderness of farm-raised heritage pork. In our second course, you can expect to savor rich and tender pork belly, a delicacy that melts in your mouth. Next, revel in the robust flavors of dry-aged heritage pork chops, skillfully cooked to perfection. Complementing each dish, savor a medley of Juneberry greenhouse greens and the day’s freshest, hand-picked vegetables from the local farmer’s market. For dessert, we’re treating you to a delectable peach skillet cake, drizzled with sorghum syrup whipped cream, and accompanied by our unique candied house bacon.
