Owner/Operator Aquaponics Crash Course
Get immersed in what it takes to own and operate a small-scale commercial Aquaponics system at Juneberry Ridge. Our 4600-square-foot “owner/operator” commercial scale aquaponics greenhouse has been in production since 2013; come learn what it takes to do this on your own. This course is geared for those serious about aquaponics who want to know as much as possible in a single day of actively engaged instruction. We will spend ~3 hours in a classroom setting and ~2 hours in the greenhouse with live demonstration and deep dives into the topics you want to know more about. See what it takes to manage a living ecosystem while escaping to the real world at Juneberry Ridge!
Ticket includes water, tea and coffee plus snacks, as well as a farm fresh meal prepared by our Head Chef Kris Dietrick. We will be enjoying our “LCF mixed lettuce” with candied goat cheese, oranges, edible flowers and chive-citrus vinaigrette, pan seared Juneberry trout with pesto risotto garlic wilted kale and roasted tomato browned butter sauce, and finish up with Blueberry strudel. *Alcohol available a-la-carte at additional expense
