These principles can be applied on any scale. For example\, you might have a water issue at your home that need solutions or you might have a larger-scale system like a pasture or forest that need solutions. The principles covered in the morning will give you an understanding of how to turn a water problem in to a water resource for your scenario. \nA boxed lunch will be provided before we head out into the land at Juneberry Ridge. \nThe second part of the day will include hands-on training to learn the basics of machine operation. You will have the opportunity to operate a CAT 299D3 track loader (skid steer) and a CAT 309 excavator. Through this experience\, you will gain tangible knowledge and you will be empowered to take action in your scenario with the power of appropriate technology.
