She began her career as a nurse educator and today Karla integrates medical expertise with yoga wisdom to help students explore gentle movement\, relaxation techniques\, and breath work. Her training in health\, body\, and movement helps her craft a yoga practice that’s beneficial for all levels and ages. At Juneberry Ridge she’s exploring how yoga and mindfulness can empower guests to connect with their inner nature to embrace wellness and leave every class feeling rejuvenated. \nStay for brunch \nAfter yoga\, enjoy our signature Sunday Brunch from 10:30am-1:30pm.
