Add on our Farmer’s Lunch ticket and join us at 12:00 pm for a seasonal meal shared around our community table. \n*Lunch is not included in your Forest Bathing ticket and must be purchased separately. \n\n  \nAbout our forest bathing practice \nBathing your senses in the forest leads to an increased ability to focus\, bolstered immune system\, and enhanced creativity. On this guided experience\, you will be invited to slow down\, get present\, and connect with the natural world through a gentle awakening of your senses. Through a series of guided invitations\, you will experience the sounds\, smells\, sights\, tastes and textures of the forest around you. The walk will end with hot tea to complete the experience. \nForest walks offer health benefits supported by scientific research from around the world that includes lowering blood pressure\, heart rate\, and stress levels.  \n \nPlease arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and you may like to bring a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated.  \nMeet your guide \nKarla Aldridge has deep roots in nurturing individuals on their path to holistic well-being. Beginning her career as a nurse educator\, Karla now integrates her medical expertise with mindfulness practices to help individuals connect with nature and themselves.
