Meats rotate based on what’s in season and on pasture\, with selections like lamb\, chicken\, and pork\, each thoughtfully prepared by our culinary team. \nThroughout the evening\, our chefs carve and plate just steps from the table\, offering a closer look at the craft behind each dish. Alcoholic beverages are available à la carte. \nFamilies are warmly welcomed\, with a dedicated kid-friendly station and menu for younger guests. \nMake a day of it on the Ridge.
