What’s special about the food here isn’t just the care and craft that goes into it—it’s our commitment to using ingredients just as nature offers them. Our menus are seasonal for a reason: we source locally, and put every part of the food to use, so there’s minimal waste. That’s the real flavor of Juneberry Ridge.

Meet our head chef.

Classically trained, with 23+ years’ experience as an executive chef and/or beverage director, Kris Dietrick could work anywhere. Country clubs? Done it, several times over. His own restaurant? That too. But like all of us, he felt the call of Juneberry Ridge, and was (happily) helpless to say no.

So whether you want a formal wedding feast, a relaxed reunion dinner, or anything in between, our catering staff is ready to accommodate. (Just order in advance please, because our meals have to be custom crafted to rise to your occasion.)
